Important Appointment Tips

When preparing for an appointment with SirVent Chimney & Venting Service, please:

1. Be sure to clean out your ashbox so that our techs can see what they’re doing and get right to work.
2. Remove any fragile items from the area in which we will be working. Our techs typically appreciate a good 5-foot clearance in which to set up their equipment.
3. Do not use your appliance for a full 24 hours before your appointment. This will give it adequate time to cool before our techs begin working.

Remember, for the speediest service, it’s best to schedule your non-emergency chimney and venting services during our “off-season” (April-September) — our schedule can get pretty tight during the fall and winter!
